Stop Being Stress






Hey, got a big problem? How to solve it? Haha. Be patient, this year was your "stress of the year" ? Don't worry. I'm a PMR candidate too. I really can feel the way you feel right now. Look,you guys really need some advice from the seniors and parents. Then, respect your teachers.Be the best to your fellow friends.The most important thing is pray to your God. After you done what have listed, take a deep breath and take a long nap or rest. Please beware from junk food, no good for health ya know. A lot of drinking plain water and eat fresh fruits. Later, done your work first especially homework before do something else like surfing the internet,watch tv. There will no more worries or stresses if all works had done perfectly. Am I right? Weekends, go to tuition and meet friends or perhaps can ask family for vacation. All that really works! It can releases tension too. If got serious problem, please tell your parents or someone you trusted. I believe for those who do it regularly, for sure "NO PROBLEM". Start a better new life now. Wake up!
